The house looks like a fine house, but the video would be far more effective, if you were talking about what you are showing as you do the video. The one you did with Casey was more effective than this one because you were explaining the advantages.
Congratulations on finding the theme from Who's the Boss, modifying it slightly and looping it for 4 and 1/2 minutes.
