New developments:
- Highrise CRM, a system for tracking transactions and contacts, so we can handle more deals and help more people with short sales. We all love it. Now we just need to make it talk to our other systems: PropertyMinder which runs the main AngelLynn.com website and By Referral Only. Perhaps we may elimitate or replace some of the systems since we've had issues. Will see.
- New people on staff: Angela, our new assistant and short sale negotiator, and Rosie, our new buyer's agent. Both ladies are doing an awesome job!
- Our own brokerage: Angel is also looking into finishing her broker's license. That's why we're working hard to pick the best name and theme.
For the last 3 months we have been looking into re-branding (or co-branding) as Realty Angels, inspired by the Charlie's Angels movie theme.
Just a fun example, not our final look or logo:
It's a cute name and would emphasize the action and adventure of the real estate business that many people don't get to see.We may want to turn down the sex appeal just a little bit, make it more classy and project the idea of "guardian angels" more.
Although we finally do have the 3 ladies who would definitely quality to fit the "action heroine" role.
As a brokerage name it may make it easier to attract other agents who want to build up their own name under the Realty Angels umbrella. The brand is catchy and flexible.
But we also like the existing Angel Lynn brand and the idea of calling the brokerage Angel Lynn Realty. We would just need to polish it a bit.
Or perhaps we can do both, something like "Angel Lynn and The Realty Angels". Decisions decisions.
My Short Sale Angel will continue for now as a side project focusing specifically on short sales, loan modifications, Sacramento real estate and foreclosure news, etc.

I like what your doing with the page. Liz one of the original Angels has 3 boys they where walking home from school today and found Lucky the cutest dog. Around his neck he had a collar that said just lost my home to Foreclosure need a new home. Isn't that sad? Well of course Liz on of the realty angels picked him up and is giving him a new home. Well that is if Carlos allows it.
Just sent over the picture of Lucky can you post him up he is our new mascot.

I already love Lucky and I can't wait to see him. He will make a great Angel!
I have been getting a lot of great feed back on the name Sacramento Realty Angels. I like that it flows well with "myshortsaleangel.com" which will be a great place to get information on short sales.
